Terms of Service

Last updated · April 17, 2026

These terms govern your use of versatexanalytics.com (the “Site”), a marketing and capability showcase for Versatex Analytics. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site demonstrates the capabilities of the Versatex Analytics procurement analytics platform using synthetic datasets generated specifically for this showcase. The Site is not a production analytics product, does not connect to live customer data, and does not transact on behalf of any organization.

All figures, charts, vendor names, organizational names, and case-study examples shown on the Site are derived from synthetic data or are fictional unless explicitly labeled otherwise. Every sector-specific statistic carries the qualifier “In our synthetic dataset” for clarity.

2. Permitted use

You may:

  • View, explore, and evaluate the capability showcase for your internal business purposes.
  • Reference the Site in internal procurement evaluations and vendor shortlists.
  • Contact us through the provided form to discuss capabilities for your organization.

You may not:

  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically download Site content for redistribution.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code beyond what the browser ordinarily loads.
  • Misrepresent the synthetic datasets as real customer data or use them in contexts that imply endorsement by the named fictional organizations.
  • Use the Site to compete with Versatex Analytics by building a derivative showcase.
  • Transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Site's operation.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, including its copy, visual design, code, brand marks, and the aggregated synthetic datasets as presented, is owned by Versatex Analytics and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to use the Versatex Analytics name, logo, or marks without prior written permission.

4. Synthetic data disclaimer

All datasets on the Site are synthetic. They are designed to be structurally realistic for procurement analytics — vendor counts, spend distributions, category breakdowns, and concentration indices — but they do not represent any real organization's purchasing activity. Case studies describe fictional organizations (Meridian Health System, Lakewood State University, Apex Components Group) and the outcomes attributed to them are illustrative.

The Site is not procurement advice, financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to take any specific action. Do not make purchasing, budgetary, or contractual decisions on the basis of figures shown on the Site.

5. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Versatex Analytics does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Versatex Analytics, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

7. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, analytics, error monitoring, form submissions, and consent management. Those providers are enumerated in our Privacy Policy. Your use of any feature backed by a third party is also subject to that provider's terms, which we do not control.

8. Changes to the Site and to these terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may revise these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
