Spend Pilot
A bounded engagement to ingest a spend sample, run the Pareto / Tail / Maverick diagnostics, and deliver a written findings document with sized consolidation opportunity. Informs the full-implementation scope.
A working procurement-analytics platform running against your real spend data — shipped in weeks, not quarters. Here's how we get there together.
Typical full implementation: 8–12 weeks from data pull to your team running analyses.
You get live dashboards against your data — not a PowerPoint and a consulting memo.
Client-led exit from day one. Keep us as your analytics operations partner, or take ownership internally. Your call.
Five phases, one predictable path — so your team knows what's happening, what's next, and who's accountable at every step.
Align on scope, stakeholders, and success metrics. Pull a data sample for feasibility.
ERP / ETL connector build. SFTP fallback if direct access isn't immediate. Incremental delivery.
Category taxonomy mapping, vendor master hygiene, tier classification. Your team signs off at end of this phase.
Parallel reconciliation against your existing reporting. Where the numbers differ, we explain why. This is the trust-building phase.
Dashboards go live. Training sessions, playbook walkthrough, leadership readouts. Your team takes ownership, or we stay on as your analytics operations partner.
Start small, commit fully, or outsource the ongoing operation. Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation — we'll help you pick.

End-to-end: ERP connector build, category taxonomy mapping, baseline validation, dashboard tuning to your leadership cadence, procurement-team enablement. Exit criteria: your team running analyses without our help.
Quarterly business review, category-council support, dashboard evolution, refresh-the-data ops. For organizations that want procurement-analytics-as-a-service rather than standing up internal ownership.
The same 16 modules shipped on this site, structured to your category taxonomy and running against your real spend.
Category-council slides, CPO monthly readouts, executive decks — built from the same data surface so numbers match across rooms.
A small analyst team trained end-to-end on your data — so the next quarter's analyses don't require us on the call.
Written playbook plus a documented data dictionary your IT partners can extend. No black box.
Included with Analytics Retainer; available as a standalone add-on otherwise. Refreshes the strategic read every 90 days.
A dedicated pod for your engagement — typically 3 people, sometimes 4 on complex integrations.
Primary day-to-day contact. Owns taxonomy mapping, vendor classification, and the quality-of-fit conversation with your procurement team.
Data-pipeline and integration owner. Designs the connector, validates the schema, and is on the line with your IT partners.
Leadership-layer sponsor. Owns the relationship, runs the quarterly business review, and escalates when scope or scale needs to shift.
A typical pilot runs on a 12–18 month export of AP transactions + purchase orders, with supplier master and category assignments if available. We can work from SFTP CSVs if direct ERP access isn't immediate.
Your data is processed in a dedicated, isolated tenant. Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). No data leaves the tenant. HIPAA-ready deployments supported. Full details available under NDA — talk to our team.
Yes. Many engagements start with a single business unit to prove the model, then scale across the enterprise. The Spend Pilot is explicitly scoped to a bounded slice.
The Validate phase (Weeks 8–9) is specifically for this conversation. We reconcile against your existing reporting line-by-line. Where numbers differ, we explain why — and you decide whether to adjust the taxonomy, reclassify, or recalibrate.
The dashboards we ship are native React and tuned to the specific procurement conversation. The underlying data model is documented and exportable — your IT team can reproduce views in Power BI or Tableau if they prefer. We don't lock you in.
Engagements are sized to scope — data volume, category count, integration complexity, and engagement mode. We'll quote after the Discovery conversation. No published rate card; no surprise overages.
Talk to our team about a Spend Pilot, a full implementation, or an ongoing retainer — we'll help you figure out which one fits.
