1. Who we are
Versatex Analytics operates versatexanalytics.com. Questions about this policy, or about information you have submitted, can be directed to [email protected].
2. What we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the Site and respond to inquiries:
- Contact form submissions. When you use the form at
/get-started, we receive the name, email address, company, role, sector interests, and message you provide. - Usage analytics. With your consent, we collect aggregated, pseudonymous analytics (pages viewed, referring source, device category) to understand which capabilities are most relevant to visitors. No personally identifying information is collected through analytics.
- Error monitoring. We collect diagnostic information about client-side errors (URL, stack trace, browser metadata) so that we can repair issues. This runs without prompting for consent, under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest: operating a reliable website requires visibility into errors. Performance tracing is off, session replay is off, and we do not capture form field values or the contents of analytics visualizations — only the error itself.
- Server access logs. Our CDN provider automatically records standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for abuse prevention and rate limiting. These logs are retained by the CDN on our behalf under the terms of its sub-processor agreement.
3. How we use it
- To respond to contact-form inquiries and schedule follow-up conversations.
- To understand site usage in aggregate and improve the content we publish.
- To detect and remediate abuse, bots, and security issues.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information submitted through this Site to train machine-learning models.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses Cookiebot (provided by Cybot A/S). Non-essential analytics and error-monitoring cookies only load after you grant consent. Strictly necessary cookies — those needed for the site to function, for example to remember your consent choice — may be set without prior consent. You can revisit your choices at any time through the consent banner.
5. Sub-processors
We rely on the following categories of service providers to operate the Site. Specific vendor names are being finalized and will be listed here prior to general availability. When a sub-processor is updated, this section is revised and the “Last updated” date at the top is advanced.
- Hosting and CDN: Cloudflare, Inc. (static asset hosting, WAF, DNS, TLS termination).
- Form submissions: third-party form vendor (contact-form transport and notification). Vendor name pending finalization.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (aggregate usage analytics), subject to consent.
- Error monitoring: Sentry (client-side error telemetry; performance tracing and session replay disabled). Runs without prompting under legitimate interest; see §2.
- Consent management: Cookiebot (Cybot A/S).
6. Retention
Contact-form submissions are retained for the period necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the conversation, typically up to twenty-four months. Analytics and error-monitoring data are retained according to the default retention settings of each provider. Server access logs are retained by our CDN provider under its standard retention schedule.
7. Your choices
You can:
- Withdraw analytics or error-monitoring consent at any time via the banner.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.
- Opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on.
8. International transfers
The Site is operated from the United States. By using the Site or submitting information through it, you acknowledge that the information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our sub-processors operate.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
